Responsibilities
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in semiconductor technology, including emerging trends like AI, IoT, and 5G.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor supply chain, from design to manufacturing and distribution.
- Work with Business Stakeholders and Engagement Managers to understand paint points/inefficiencies in clients’ existing business processes and position HCL consulting offerings
- Drive the translation of complex business initiatives into innovative business-technology solutions
- Works as a functional liaison between Project Team, key senior executives of the client to understand business priorities of the client
- Understands how business solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes
- Deliver consulting and transformation engagements through hands on engagement and team leadership based on the type of engagement
- Collaborate with technology groups and other alliances to bring best practices on various new technologies and tools (Like Digitalization, Industry 4.0)
- Define solution vision and direction building on synergies and benefits across HCL’s offerings and new technologies
- Envision a transformation roadmap that aligns with the strategic and tactical direction of the client
- Participate in partner forums and evangelizing business capabilities of HCLTech
- Articulate value centric solutions to a group of multidisciplinary business stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience
- Minimum 15 years of industry or consulting experience in semiconductor industry, with a deep understanding of semiconductor technology, market dynamics, and customer needs and an excellent track record of leading and supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of IT Solution development, Transformation and consulting experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Deep knowledge of business processes in Semiconductor value chain
- Ability to do domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, CRPs, Transformation Roadmaps etc.)
- Proven Thought leadership acumen for the industry trends and drivers
- Should have been part of the defining the roadmaps for Business Transformational and business process design for marquee manufacturing organizations
- Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up
- Strong domain knowledge to understand how the business solutions within the area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes.
- Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels
- Experience in implementing advanced business solutions from either of SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Blue Yonder etc.
- Ability to work independently and be effective/proactive in a relatively unstructured environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants
Pay Range: Base Salary: $195k to $205k
In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
